Well, quite a lot has been happening around the association in the last couple of months. The biggest would have to be the move into the new premises upstairs in UQ2. These are definitely the best facilities the association has experienced and we hope to put these to good use in the coming years.
Coming up in the month of May we have the State Billiards Championships and the start of the Snooker League season. In addition to this we will also be having the second ranking tournament for the season. All this means it looks like we will be having a busy year to come.
In addition to this May will also see the launch of this website which will hopefully become a way of improving communication between our members and the public.
As we move further into the year we will also be hosting the inaugural SA Open which will see players from around the country compete in this National Ranking event.
All in in all this looks like being one of the most exciting periods in Snooker and Billiards that we have seen for quite some time.
